Edit an account

This article describes how to edit an account using the Cerby mobile app.

As an account Owner or Manager, you can edit the information of an account using the Cerby mobile app.

To edit an account using the Cerby mobile app, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Open the Cerby mobile app on your mobile phone.

  2. Log in to your Cerby workspace.

  3. Tap the Accounts tab. The screen with the list of your accounts is displayed.

  4. Tap the account you want to edit.

  5. Tap the More options (...) icon. A menu is displayed.

  6. Select the Edit option. The Edit account screen is displayed.

  7. Modify the necessary fields in the account. NOTE: You can also add custom fields on this screen.

  8. Tap the Save option.

NOTE: On Android, if the updated username and app match an account that already exists in Cerby, a duplicate account error message is displayed. Review your changes and try again.

Now, you are done.
