# View your recent automations in the Automations tray

{% hint style="info" %}
**Who can use this feature?**

* Workspace **Owners**, **Super Admins**, **Admins**, **Users**, **Login-Only**, and **Guest Users**
* Item **Owners** who triggered automations containing nested automation jobs
* Only supported using the **Cerby web app**
 {% endhint %}

As a workspace **Owner**, **Super Admin**, **Admin**, **User**, **Login-Only**, or **Guest User**, you can use the **Automations** tray to check the current status of the automations you have triggered recently for the items you own, and navigate directly to the automation details. These automations are displayed as clickable cards.

To view your recent automations, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your [Cerby](https://app.cerby.com/) workspace.
2. Click the **Automations** icon located at the top right of the page. The **Automations** tray is displayed with your most recent automations in cards within the **All recent automations** tab.

NOTE: Automations in the All recent automations tab are grouped into Active (currently in progress) and Recent (completed) sections.

From the **Automations** tray, you can perform the following actions:

* View the following information for each automation:
 * Item name
 * App name
 * Item type
 * Created and updated date for the automation
 * Automation status
* Select the **Not completed** tab to display the automations that were not completed, and take action on them.
* Click the item name to be redirected to the account or business hub details page.
* Click the automation card or the **View details** button to be redirected to the automation details page.

Now you are done.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.cerby.com/cerby-web-app/automation-log/view-your-recent-automations-in-the-automations-tray.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
