Filter events in the Activity view

This article describes the steps to filter the events you see in the Activity view using the Cerby web app.

Who can use this feature?

  • Workspace Owners, Super Admins, Admins, and Users

  • Item Owners

  • Only supported using the Cerby web app

As an item Owner, you can view the activity on your items. As a workspace Admin, Super Admin, or Owner, you can view the activity on all the items across your Cerby workspace

To filter information in the Activity view, you must complete the following steps using the Cerby web app:

  1. Log in to your corresponding Cerby workspace.

  2. Select the Activity option from the left navigation drawer. The Activity view is displayed.

  3. Apply any of the filters you want to use. They are located at the top of the view. The following are the available filters:

    • Date range: Select a time frame to filter events based on when they occurred.

    • Custom: Specify a custom date range.

    • Today: Display events from the current day.

    • Last 7 days: Display events from the past week.

    • Last 30 days: Display events from the last month.

    • Last 3 months: Display events within the last three months.

    • Apps: Select specific apps to view related events.

    • Accounts: Select specific accounts associated with the events.

    • Users: Select specific users to display events involving their activity.

    • Event type: Select a particular event type, such as login attempts, changes, or other activity types, to refine the results.
