As a collection and secret Owner, you can add a secret to an existing collection. With this action, all workspace members and teams who already have shared access to the collection are automatically granted access to the secret with the collection-level role.
In Cerby, you can add accounts to collections in the following two ways:

Add one secret to a collection
To add a secret to a collection, you must complete the following steps using the Cerby web app:
Log in to your Cerby workspace.
Select the Secrets option from the left menu. The Secrets page is displayed.
Click the More options (
) icon of the corresponding secret card. A drop-down menu is displayed.
Select the Add to Collection option from the menu. The Add to collection dialog box is displayed with a list of collections and subcollections.
Select the corresponding collection from the list or look it up using the search bar.
βNOTE: You can create a new collection with the secret preselected in the wizard by clicking the Create new collection button. You must complete the steps of the wizard according to the article Create a collection.Click the Add to collection button. The dialog box closes, and a success message box is displayed.
Now you are done.
Add multiple secrets to a collection
To add multiple secrets to a collection, you must complete the following steps using the Cerby web app:
Log in to your Cerby workspace.
Select the Collections option from the left menu. The Collections page is displayed.
Click the Settings (
) icon of the corresponding collection card. The collection details page is displayed with the General tab activated.
Activate the Secrets tab.
Click the Manage secrets button. The Add secrets to collection dialog box is displayed.
Click the Add (
) icon of the secret you want to add to your collection. The secret is added to a list in the Selected secrets section.
βTIP: You can use the search bar to look for specific secrets in the All secrets section.Repeat step 6 as necessary.
Click the Done button. The dialog box closes, and a success message and the selected secrets are displayed in the Secrets tab.
Now you are done.
