As a collection Owner, you can remove accounts from a collection. With this action, all workspace members and teams who have shared access to the collection automatically lose access to the accounts through the collection.
To remove accounts from a collection, you must complete the following steps using the Cerby web app:
Log in to your Cerby workspace.
Select the Collections option from the left menu. The Collections page is displayed.
Click the Settings (
) icon of the corresponding collection card. The collection details page is displayed with the General tab activated.
Activate the Accounts tab.
Click the Manage Accounts button. The Add accounts to collection dialog box is displayed.
Click the Remove (
) icon of the account you want to remove from your collection. The account is removed from the list in the Selected accounts section.
βTIP: You can use the search bar to look for specific accounts in the Selected accounts section.Repeat step 6 as necessary.
Click the Done button. The dialog box closes, a success message is displayed, and the selected accounts are removed from the Accounts tab.
Now you are done.
