Ensure that you have configured Cerby on your iOS or Android phone as one of your password manager extensions to autofill credentials. For more information, see the Install the Cerby Mobile App section in the Getting Started Guide for Account Owners and Collaborators article.

You must select the input fields from the login page to display the autofill feature of your mobile phone and use Cerby to autofill your credentials. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) turned on and managed by Cerby, the verification code is automatically copied to the clipboard.
