As an App integration Owner, you can remove the members of your seat-based and paid social apps via an automation task triggered from Cerby. To do so, you must complete the following steps:

IMPORTANT: After completing the instructions, the user will be removed only from the App integration in Cerby and from the seat-based or paid social app. This action will not affect their access to their Cerby workspace.

Log in to your corresponding <a href="https://app.cerby.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Cerby</a> workspace.

Select the Apps option from the left navigation drawer. The Apps view is displayed.

Click the Settings icon of the corresponding app card. The app details page is displayed with the Settings tab activated.

Click the More options icon of the corresponding user. A drop-down list is displayed.

Select the Remove user option. The Remove user? dialog box is displayed.

Click the Remove user button. The dialog box closes, and a success message box is displayed. The user is removed from Cerby and the app.

1. Log in to your corresponding <a href="https://app.cerby.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Cerby</a> workspace.
2. Select the Apps option from the left navigation drawer. The Apps view is displayed.
3. Click the Settings icon of the corresponding app card. The app details page is displayed with the Settings tab activated.
4. Activate the Members tab.
5. Click the More options icon of the corresponding user. A drop-down list is displayed.
6. Select the Remove user option. The Remove user? dialog box is displayed.
7. Click the Remove user button. The dialog box closes, and a success message box is displayed. The user is removed from Cerby and the app.
