NOTE: For the Cerby mobile app, read the article Share a collection in the Cerby mobile app
To share a collection, you must complete the following steps using the Cerby mobile app:
Open the Cerby mobile app on your mobile phone.
Log in to your Cerby workspace.
Tap the Collections button from the top (iOS) or bottom (Android) navigation bar. The Collections screen is displayed.
Tap the corresponding collection card. The collection details screen is displayed.
Tap the Share collection button on Android or the Share icon (
) on iOS.
The Share access screen is displayed on Android.
The Share collection screen is displayed on iOS.
TIP: You can also share a collection from its settings by selecting the Collection settings option and tapping the Share button inside the collection details screen that is displayed.
Enter the member or team's name in the search bar. The members or teams that match the name are displayed on a list automatically.
Select the corresponding member or team from the list. The member or team is listed in the Members and Teams section.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 as necessary.
Select the role to assign to the members and teams from the drop-down list:
Owner: Members and teams can share access to the collection and manage the item settings.
Collaborator: Members and teams can only log in to the accounts, view the secrets, and download the secret attachments.
NOTE: When you select a member with the Login-only role, they are listed in the Login-Only section. You can only select the Collaborator role for them.
Customize the message to send when you share the collection in the Message field.
Click the Share button. The wizard closes, a success message box is displayed, and the new collection is added to the Collections view.
Now you are done.
