Remove a registered security key

This article describes how to remove a registered security key for Cerby Emergency Access.

Who can use this feature?

  • A workspace member assigned to emergency access, except Guest Users and Login-Only users

  • Supported using the Cerby web app

As a workspace member assigned to emergency access, you can remove a registered security key at any time.

Requirements

This procedure requires the following:

  • At least one previously registered security key

Remove a registered security key

To remove a security key, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Cerby workspace.

  2. Open your emergency access enrollment page.

  3. Locate the security key you want to remove in the Your registered keys list.

  4. Click the Remove button for that key. A success message is displayed confirming the security key is removed.

Now you are done.
