RSA SecurID support in Cerby

This article explains the current state of RSA SecurID support in Cerby: automatic code generation was removed, but you can still enter an RSA SecurID code manually during login.

Cerby no longer generates RSA SecurID codes on your behalf. You can still use RSA SecurID as an MFA method for your accounts by entering the code from your RSA SecurID token manually when you log in.

What changed

Cerby previously generated RSA SecurID codes automatically as part of Cerby-managed MFA. Automatic code generation for RSA SecurID is no longer available.

What you can still do

You can continue to use RSA SecurID as an MFA method for your accounts. When an app prompts you for your RSA SecurID code during login, enter the code from your RSA SecurID token directly.

NOTE: Cerby doesn't store, generate, or autofill RSA SecurID codes. You are responsible for retrieving the code from your RSA SecurID token and entering it when prompted.

Other MFA methods

Cerby supports several MFA methods that Cerby can generate and enter automatically, including the Cerby authenticator, Cerby-managed email and phone numbers, and passkeys. For more information, read the article Set up your identity with Cerby's MFA methods.
