# \[Video] How to add and share an account and view your account details

## Key concepts

* Cerby uses the information you enter when adding an account to provide you with a seamless automatic login experience.
* The user who adds an account becomes the Account Owner.
* When sharing an account with other workspace users or teams, you can assign them one of two roles on the account:
* Owner: Your colleagues can share the account with other users, edit the account details, and manage the account security.
* Collaborator: Your colleagues can only use the account to log in to the application.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.cerby.com/tips-and-troubleshooting/video-gallery/accounts/video-how-to-add-and-share-an-account-and-view-your-account-details.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
