# \[Video] How to invite a guest user from the Password Manager Importer

## Key concepts

* After an import, external collaborators who are not part of your organization and don’t have a Cerby account are identified as unmatched. To grant them the imported access permissions, you can send them an invite to join your workspace as guest users.
* Guest users must open the invite and set up their account to join your Cerby workspace. For instructions, see the [How to join Cerby from a guest user invite](/tips-and-troubleshooting/video-gallery/guest-users/video-how-to-join-cerby-from-a-guest-user-invite.md) video.
* For more information about guest users, read the [How to invite a guest user to your workspace](https://help.cerby.com/getting-started/concepts/user-management/explore-guest-users) article.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.cerby.com/tips-and-troubleshooting/video-gallery/guest-users/video-how-to-invite-a-guest-user-from-the-password-manager-importer.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
