App integration Owners can remove their App when needed. When you remove an App, you can choose to keep the user accounts of app members in Cerby or require app members to remove their user accounts from Cerby.
Also, you can choose to keep 2FA on by configuring it with a different authenticator app or turning off 2FA.
To remove an App, you must complete the following steps:
Log in to your corresponding Cerby workspace.
Select the Apps option from the left navigation drawer. The Apps view is displayed.
Click the More actions icon of the corresponding app card. A drop-down list is displayed.
Select the Delete from Cerby option. The Confirm your identity to continue dialog box is displayed.
Confirm your identity by using one of Cerby's multi-factor authentication methods.
Click the It’s me! button in the Confirmation Request screen of the Cerby mobile app to confirm your identity. The dialog box in the Cerby web app closes, and the Delete your Account page is displayed.
Select the corresponding option from the Why are you deleting your account? drop-down list.
Click the Delete Account button. The page closes, and a success message box is displayed.
